Nylin Johnson, PT, MOMT, ATC - Clinic Director

Nylin Johnson

Nylin received his bachelors degree in physical therapy from the University Of Utah and his master’s degree from the Ola Grimsby Institute in San Diego, California.  He is also certified as an athletic trainer.  Nylin has lectured and instructed in the techniques of manual therapy and medical exercise therapy throughout the United States.  He has been located in the Davis County area since 1988.  He has practiced in Kaysville since 1995.  Nylin donates much of his time and services to the local community, and High Schools during athletic events, conferences and seminars.  He is married to Jacie, and is the father of 3 great children.  Nylin enjoys running, fly fishing, biking, camping, and most outdoor events.

 

Steve Simmons, MPT, ATC, CSCS

Steve recieved his Bachelors and Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University.  He is a certified conditioning specialist and has been a certified athletic trainer since 2003.  Steve was also certified in the ASTYM system in 2007. Steve has been in practice with Mountain Land Physical Therapy in kaysville since 1997.  He donates his time to the community and local high schools during athletic events and conferences. Steve lives in Layton and enjoys soccer, running,  and other outdoor sports.

John Henderson, ATC
John Henderson

John received his bachelors degree in athletic training from Weber State University and is a certified athletic trainer. He coordinates and assists with the medical coverage of local high school and community athletic events. As an athletic trainer, John adds additional expertise in the prevention, recognition and treatment of sports related injuries. John also works with program development among schools, city recreation departments, industrial workforce and the medical community. John lives in South Weber with his wife Yvette and two sons, Derek and Marcus.



  High School Athletic Program Support
During game times, you'll find our therapy staff at local high schools providing athletic training, taping, and injury intervention services.
  "Bumps & Bruises" Saturday Clinic
Offered at the Kaysville location, school athletes can drop by for free injury screening & assessment. This type of early intervention results in faster treatment and a safer, more timely return to competition.
  Individual Exercise/Conditioning Programs
After therapy treatment is completed, all patients have access to our facilities and equipment to continue independent fitness goals through individualized, therapist designed programs.
