Mountain Land is committed to ethical, professional and legal conduct, clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Mountain Land's Compliance Program teaches, supports, and consistently monitors these commitments.

Our Compliance Program follows guidelines outlined by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the healthcare industry and addresses key areas of responsibility so that each of our employees meet company requirements as well as state and federal regulations. Mountain Land employees strive to achieve a common goal: quality, and appropriate healthcare for every patient.

Every employee commits daily, and formally, annually, to adhere to Mountain Land's Compliance Program and uphold Mountain Land's Code of Conduct. Annual training on the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct is mandatory for all Mountain Land employees. In addition, training is provided on specific clinical and reimbursement processes throughout the year. Continuous quality improvement auditing assures full participation in the Compliance Program. With these processes, Mountain Land and its employees affirm our commitment to clinical, financial, and professional integrity.
