Services in the Home and Program Development
A unique opportunity within the department of Home Service
to apply your skills to clients in their home environment

OUTPATIENT THERAPY IN THE
HOME
Often times a patient does not qualify for Home Health services, but would benefit from services in their home. As a state certified rehabilitation agency, Mountain Land has the ability to provide therapy (under Medicare Part B) or other insurance in the patient's home and bill it as an outpatient visit. This eliminates the worry about transportation or weather related conditions, particularly for the geriatric patient.
