Early Intervention (EI)

Early Intervention is a proactive service intended to reduce OSHA recordables, workers' compensation claims, and time loss. This service helps a company identify and take control of where their work injury dollars are being spent.

Under this program, Jobsite therapists intervene at the earliest indication of difficulty. One visit may be all that is required for resolution.

Early Intervention addresses behavioral and ergonomic concerns and identifies alternative job duties as indicated. These determinations can be made more easily and accurately when a trained therapist observes the employee in their actual workplace.
