Job Analysis

Job Analysis is designed to provide a clear, documented and measurable description of essential and non-essential requirements and physical demands of specified jobs. Defining job tasks is essential in determining work restrictions, modified duty, and return-to-work plans. It forms the basis for determining an employee's ability to work at full capacity.

The Job Task Analysis reflects the procedures, production rates, tools of the trade, material handling variables, environmental factors, safety requirements, education, certification(s), and flow of work as normally performed from start to finish.

Physicians will use the Job Analysis to make educated decisions regarding work restrictions, time loss and disability.
