Workgroup Risk Analysis

This is the simple process of using the trained eyes of a licensed therapist to observe situations in which employees are not availing themselves of existing solutions. Conditions such as failure to observe equipment maintenance procedures or neglect of optimal work habits can lead to significant risk of injury. Often, someone with the necessary knowledge, but without production pressures, can best discover these situations. Findings will be shared in a positive manner with designated personnel to effect appropriate solutions. Such findings will always be discussed with management, not with affected employees.
