Get ready! Our annual management conference will be held September 27-29, 2012 at the Hyatt Escala Lodge at Park City, Utah. Our executive managers from Utah, Idaho, California, Arizona, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado and Montana are invited to join us. We bring these decision makers together each year to enhance leadership skills through quality educational topics and speakers. We have another great conference lined up for 2012. We look forward to seeing you!
When do I need to be there?
Meetings begin for everyone on Thursday, September 27th, at 1:00 p.m.
What do I wear?
Dress is business casual to casual. Shorts are ok. Clothes for Friday activity, depending on what you signed up for i.e. golf attire, biking attire, hiking gear. We will be having an outdoor bbq Thursday evening so plan accordingly.
What is the weather going to be like?
Currently the highs are expected to be between 60 and 70 during the day, with evenings being in the mid 40’s with a chance of rain.
Where do I park when I get to the Hyatt Escala?
Valet parking is complimentary with your stay. Please pull in to the horse shoe entrance at the front of the hotel and allow the attendant to park your car.
Do I need money for anything?
Mountain Land is paying for your travel, room, and meals. They only thing you would need money for is cocktails at dinner Friday evening or spending money. No charges will be allowed to be made to your rooms.
Are spouses invited?
No, this is a training meeting. Time to build work relationships and strengthen your management skills.
When does the retreat end?
Meetings will adjourn Saturday no later than 12:30.
