Sam Maleki, PT, DPT, CSMT
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Certified Spinal Manual Therapist
Sam received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2015 and joined the Mountain Land Team in 2018.
Sam believes that everyone has the opportunity to feel better and improve their quality of life through Physical Therapy, regardless of their injury or current condition. Sam enjoys getting to know his patients and educating them throughout their therapy experience. He believes in working one-on-one to help reach goals and get his patients back to doing the things they enjoy. Sam is experienced in treating orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine and neck conditions, low back pain, as well as chronic pain throughout the body. Sam is a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist and has additional training and experience working with endurance athletes.
Sam spends his free time running, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cooking, travelling and spending time with his wife and pets.

Chloe Coleman, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Chloe earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota. She has completed the Emergency Medical Response (EMR) for the Athlete as well as the Gray Institute 3D Maps Movement Analysis and Performance System course.
Specializing in orthopedics, Chloe utilizes manual therapy techniques and exercise for most post-operative conditions. Chloe believes physical therapy can be a life changing experience that can positively influence lifestyle choices. She is passionate about helping her patients feel better, both physically and mentally, and providing them the education and resources they need to heal and maintain optimal function going forward.
When she’s not in the office, Chloe enjoys hiking, snowboarding, biking, running, camping, boating, reading, and cooking, as well as spending as much time as she can with family and friends.

Lacey LaVoie, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lacey earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Carrington College, located in Boise, in the spring of 2018.
Lacey’s enthusiasm and willingness to learn helps keep her approach to physical therapy fresh and effective. Her goal is to help her patients get back to doing what they love, whether it’s gardening, walking around the block, or downhill skiing. Being an athlete herself, she recognizes the positive impact that physical therapy can have on a person’s life.
When she’s not in the clinic, Lacey enjoys hiking, biking, backpacking, exploring the Boise area and running around with her puppy!

Camille Maison, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Camille Maison earned her associate of applied science physical therapist assistant degree from the College of Western Idaho in 2019.
Specializing in orthopedics, Camille strives to make each session as effective and rewarding as possible. Her philosophy in treating her patients is simple: listen and be kind to all. She is passionate about helping each patient reach their goals and get back to doing what they love most.
In her free time, Camille enjoys cooking, traveling, participating in all types of water sports and activities, and spending time with family and friends.
