Sam Maleki, PT, DPT, CSMT
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Certified Spinal Manual Therapist
Sam received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2015 and joined the Mountain Land Team in 2018.
Sam believes that everyone has the opportunity to feel better and improve their quality of life through Physical Therapy, regardless of their injury or current condition. Sam enjoys getting to know his patients and educating them throughout their therapy experience. He believes in working one-on-one to help reach goals and get his patients back to doing the things they enjoy. Sam is experienced in treating orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine and neck conditions, low back pain, as well as chronic pain throughout the body. Sam is a Certified Spinal Manual Therapist and has additional training and experience working with endurance athletes.
Sam spends his free time running, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cooking, travelling and spending time with his wife and pets.

Ashley Bergerson, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Ashley Bergerson earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University North Dakota.
Ashley is experienced in orthopedics and sports medicine. She takes a holistic approach to promote physical, emotional and mental health for each of her patients. Ashley is passionate about education and building strong relationships by giving each of her patients the tools they will need to reach their personal goals and live a healthy lifestyle.
When not in the clinic, Ashley enjoys hiking, swimming, boating, golfing, thrift shopping and spending as much time as she can with family, friends and her dog.

Pete Smith, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Pete earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, located in New Hampshire, in 2017.
Having gone through his own ACL surgery rehabilitation, Pete has an increased understanding of the rehab experience of his patients. Always questioning things himself, Pete enjoys educating patients on the “why” behind injuries and the specific course of rehab.
During Pete’s work as an outpatient physical therapist, he has gained a love for the The challenge of treating chronic joint pain. Whether it is the daily knee pain while walking around the block, shoulder pain while playing overhead sports, or hip pain on long runs, Pete will help you find the source of your injury and guide you through a return to pain-free activity.
When not in the clinic, you will find Pete along with his wife and daughter hiking in the mountains, exploring hot springs, or trying his luck at fly fishing.

Camille Maison, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Camille Maison earned her associate of applied science physical therapist assistant degree from the College of Western Idaho in 2019.
Specializing in orthopedics, Camille strives to make each session as effective and rewarding as possible. Her philosophy in treating her patients is simple: listen and be kind to all. She is passionate about helping each patient reach their goals and get back to doing what they love most.
In her free time, Camille enjoys cooking, traveling, participating in all types of water sports and activities, and spending time with family and friends.
