COVID-19 Preparedness at Mountain Land

To Our Valued Patients,

As our country continues to see the increasing impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy. At Mountain Land, we strive to take great care of you and our Mountain Land Team. We want you to know that we are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. As healthcare providers we follow the direction of both the CDC (Center for Disease Control), as well CMS (The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services). We also follow any recommendations made by our State Health Departments.

As part of our Infection Control protocols, our clinics have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our patients and our staff. Out of an abundance of caution, and as a first defense in keeping our clinics safe, we’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home.

In addition to following CDC and CMS guidance, all patients will be screened prior to starting therapy to determine any risk of being exposed to the Coronavirus, and if indicated will be asked to hold off for at least 14 days or until they are no longer a risk.

As the situation evolves, our clinics may implement additional preventative measures to ensure patients and staff wellbeing, including modifications to staffing or our services. In some locations we are seeing patients at their home and we are considering expanding this service. Further, we are exploring all possibilities to make sure that you receive the therapy you need while minimizing risks of COVID-19 infection.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation. We will take things one day at a time and make necessary decisions based on the health and safety of you, our patients, and our staff. We will continue to focus on providing safe and clinically excellent therapy services.

Please free to contact us with any suggestions or concerns.

Sincerely,
