Have you sent in your photos for the 2017 Staff Photo Contest?

There’s less than one month left in this year’s Staff Photo Contest! Have you sent in photos from your summer adventures?

This year we are looking for fun, exciting, dynamic, high quality images that reflect the active lifestyles of our team members, patients, families, and friends. These should be photos that reflect Mountain Land’s mission to restore, support, and promote active and healthy lifestyles.

The winning photos will be included in the upcoming 2018 Mountain Land Calendar, and the photographers will each be rewarded with a $50 gift card! If you don’t think of yourself as a photographer, don’t worry! Many past winning photos have been taken with cell phones and small action cameras by staff members just out for a quick hike, bike or run.

Here are some tips for making a winning photo:

Get people in your photo, but capture them in an activity, not just smiling for the camera. Silhouettes and shots from behind are great because it lets people imagine they are there in the scene.

Only submit wide (landscape) orientation photos. Tall (portrait) orientation photos don’t fit in our calendar template.

Submit the best quality, highest file-size copy you have. Instagram photos look great on phones but they are much too small for printing on a calendar.

Our team is comprised of talented people that maintain active lifestyles, and we want to capture that in this year’s contest. We look forward to seeing all of your amazing images, good luck!

I experienced a major injury a year and 10 months ago which required two surgeries and over a hundred and fifty visits for physical therapy and treatment it was by far the worst injury I have ever experienced and was absolutely unbearable at times ! I am posting this review of my experience with Mark Anderson and Ben and the rest of the crew at the Millcreek location as well as Deanna McKay and Nathan and crew at the West Jordan location these are absolutely amazing people and Stood Beside me I could not have gotten through it without them they we’re happy and professional assisting me with the financing co. And made me feel cared about and assisted me in my Rehabilitation process to rehabilitate my arm as good as could be expected which is actually doing better in my opinion than what my doctors said for healing time of 2 to 2 1/2 years I would highly recommend these locations and professionals to anyone requiring any physical therapy or massage therapy or any of the other technical Services they have to offer I give them a rating of 10+ super thanks to all of you I am very grateful!😁
