We are proud to announce that Jeff Deguire, PT, COMT, FAAOMPT, at our Billings, Montana clinic, has successfully completed his Fellowship Program through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars (MAPS) and is now a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Jeff is the first physical therapist at Mountain Land to have earned this incredible distinction.
As a physical therapist that has completed the MAPS Fellowship Program, Jeff is specialized in using highly specific evaluative processes taking into consideration the biopsychosocial model and clinical reasoning to determine the source of a patient’s symptoms and applying individualized treatment, including joint mobilizations and manipulations, to treat the entire person.
“Through the course of the three-year program, the completion of multiple continuing education courses, pursuing publication of a research-based case study and participating in over 110 hours of one-on-one mentorship with a Fellow, I feel like I have become better equipped to assist patients to return to enjoying life.” Jeff practices at Mountain Land’s Billings clinic located at 2045 Broadwater, Ste. 3, Billings, Montana, 59102.
