Charles ‘Chuck’ Plishka has 25 years of experience in physical therapy. He graduated from Creighton University in 1999 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Chuck’s specializations include being a Neuro Clinical Specialist (ABPTS) with expertise in vestibular therapy. He is recognized internationally as a speaker on vestibular therapy and has authored a textbook on the subject. Chuck is dedicated to thoroughness in patient care, believing that addressing all contributing factors is essential for effective treatment. He has a diverse range of interests outside of work, including fencing, glasswork, and traveling to various countries around the world. Chuck is actively involved in research and has contributed to published and ongoing studies in vestibular rehabilitation and Oculomotor issues.

Physical Therapist


Neal Soelberg, DPT, has been practicing therapy since graduating from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in April 2024. He joined Mountain Land in January 2024, drawn by the clinic’s environment and staff during his terminal clinical internship. With a background as a certified CrossFit Level One coach, Neal is dedicated to enhancing functional performance, aiding athletes in recovery, and facilitating improved sport performance. His therapy philosophy focuses on empowering individuals to fully participate in life and recreation. Inspired by his grandmother’s experience with dementia, he believes in the transformative impact of rehabilitation. Outside of work, Neal enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and spending time outdoors, as well as maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with loved ones.
