Meet Kara Payment, PTA, our new physical therapist assistant at our Billings Heights, Montana clinic!

Kara Payment earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Gateway Community College in Phoenix, Arizona. Kara began working as a therapy aide for Mountain Land in 2020 before becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Specializing in orthopedics, Kara’s enthusiasm to learn new skills helps keep her approach to physical therapy fresh and up to date. She is passionate about creating a specialized treatment plan for each of her patients and empowering them with the tools to regain their lives and get back to doing the things they love most.

When not in the clinic, Kara enjoys traveling, hiking, backpacking, going to concerts, and spending as much time as she can with family and friends.
