We specialize in post-surgical rehabilitation, and strengthening and conditioning during a hospital stay, but are also skilled in treating the everyday pain and injuries that we all experience.

Nathan Ploehn

Nathan Ploehn, PT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Nathan Ploehn received his Bachelors in Business from Boise State University and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 2009 and has been with Mountain Land upon graduating.

Wrestling for Boise State University made Nathan no stranger to injury. After spending hours in physical therapy, it gave him the desire to understand how the human body works and how he could rehabilitate himself and others. Nathan finds great satisfaction in helping others achieve optimal health.

He also enjoys volunteer coaching at the local high schools as well as hiking, weight training and spending time with his wife and five kids.


Lori Brady

Lori C Brady, MS, PT

Physical Therapist

Lori has been providing therapy since 1992 in a variety of settings, including overseas in Morocco and Switzerland. She earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from ODU in Norfolk, Virginia.

Lori's treatment philosophy includes creating an individualized plan based on the patient's personal needs and goals. She specializes in treating women's health issues such as pelvic pain, low back pain, pre/post-natal care, pelvic floor re-training and incontinence.

Lori competed in NCAA gymnastics at BYU from 1985-89 which led her to her career in physical therapy. In her spare time, Lori enjoys running, hiking, ultimate frisbee and reading.


Abby Z. Delaney, BSPH, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Abby is passionate about physical therapy because of how it promotes healthy living. She received her Physical Therapy Assistant Associates Degree and her Bachelors of Science Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Abby has also completed additional training in aquatics and vestibular rehabilitation.

Abby has been a part of the Mountain Land family since 2009 and has practiced therapy since 2000. Abby strives to offer treatment that people feel is valuable, beneficial and is an overall positive experience in bettering or maintaining their health.

In her spare time, Abby enjoys being with her husband and family of six, running, swimming, hiking and gardening.
