Mark D. Anderson, PT, MPT, OCS

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist

A native of Salt Lake City, Mark is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and received his Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Mark has an emphasis in manual therapy and orthopedic care, is a Running Rehab Specialist, and is ASTYM certified. He is fluent in Spanish and is specialized in Functional Capacity Evaluations for return-to-work and return-to-activity cases. He has been an invited lecturer for the Utah Association for Justice and Utah Trial Lawyer Association with regard to his personal injury treatment model and functional capacity testing. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids, skiing, mountain biking, running, weight training, and basketball. He is an avid NBA and NFL junkie.

Jared H. Smith, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Jared H. Smith received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He went on to earn his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Utah.

Specializing in orthopedics, Jared is passionate about treating the person as a whole, not just the injury, through individualized treatment plans. Active in sports throughout high school and college, Jared knows firsthand the benefits of physical therapy. He strives to help each of his patients heal and regain their independence so they can get back to doing what they enjoy and live pain-free.

When not in the clinic, Jared enjoys going on walks, visiting the zoo with his wife and two children, and spending as much time as he can being active. He is also an avid sports fan, especially college football, and is a big supporter of the Utah Jazz.

Anna Little, PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

Anna Little graduated from Union University, Tennessee in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She went on to earn her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2021. Anna is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Anna’s focus is on sports physical therapy, return to sport therapy, injury prevention/movement training, orthopedics and manual therapy. As an athlete, Anna knows first-hand the importance of physical therapy after suffering an injury while playing college basketball. She strives to make each patient feel comfortable and knows how injuries can impact not only the body but also one’s entire well-being. Anna utilizes a combination of manual therapy and selective exercises to help empower each patient so they can heal and return to doing the activities they enjoy.

Yuki Leavitt, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Yuki has been a part of the Mountain Land team since 2014. He started as a Physical Therapy Aide and also worked in the Marketing Department before going on to earn his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2017.

Yuki was inspired to enter the field of Physical Therapy while in recovery from his own sports injury. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, Yuki utilizes his experience along with effective communication and education to help patients understand their condition and visualize their path to recovery. Yuki loves being able to help people feel better so that they can get back to doing all of the things they enjoy.

When he’s not in the clinic, Yuki enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking, camping, river rafting, skiing, and just being outside.


Jenelle Klingler Licensed Massage Therapist at Salt Lake City Millcreek clinic

Jenelle Klingler, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jenelle graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah and has been practicing massage therapy since 1996. She is trained in acupressure, maternity and infant massage, sports therapy, Watsu, foam rolling, and trigger point therapy.

Jenelle specializes in incorporating acupressure, hot stones, cupping, and trigger point into her treatments. As a licensed massage therapist, Jenelle is a firm believer that her ears are just as important as her hands. She is passionate about really listening to each of her patients and working together with them on customizing a holistic plan to help them reach their health goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, Jenelle enjoys hiking, skiing, weight lifting, and relaxing at the beach. She looks forward to spending as much time as she can with family and sharing with them her passion of the Highland Games!


Hayley Juhl Licensed Massage Therapist at Salt Lake City Millcreek clinic

Hayley Juhl, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hayley Juhl graduated from the Healing Mountain School of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Utah in 2016.

Hayley specializes in Swedish massage, trigger point work, comfort touch and other modalities. She believes in a holistic approach in treating the entire body by listening to and connecting with each of her patients while working with them as a team so they can heal and get back to doing the activities they enjoy.

When not in the office, Hayley enjoys rock climbing, skiing, hiking, dancing, playing soccer, swimming, biking around town, trying different cuisine, and spending as much time as she can with family and friends. She also played lacrosse for the University of Utah for three years and loved every second of it!
