Mark Anderson, Physical Therapist

Mark D. Anderson, PT, MPT, OCS

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist

A native of Salt Lake City, Mark is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and received his Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Mark has an emphasis in manual therapy and orthopedic care, is a Running Rehab Specialist, and is ASTYM certified. He is fluent in Spanish and is specialized in Functional Capacity Evaluations for return-to-work and return-to-activity cases. He has been an invited lecturer for the Utah Association for Justice and Utah Trial Lawyer Association with regard to his personal injury treatment model and functional capacity testing. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids, skiing, mountain biking, running, weight training, and basketball. He is an avid NBA and NFL junkie.


Danny Foerster

Danny Foerster, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Danny is passionate about helping his patients by treating the whole person, not just the injury. He specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy, and running biomechanics rehabilitation.

Danny is a big believer that activity and movement make people happier and healthier, so he works diligently to help his patients increase their activity in their every-day lives. His goal is to get every patient to the activity level they desire, whether that’s to run a marathon or play with the grandkids.

Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Danny played professional soccer and has since transitioned to endurance sports, specifically Ironman triathlons. When he’s not in the clinic, Danny enjoys cycling, skiing, hiking, and camping with his wife Vanessa and their dog Luna.


Andrew Fast, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Andrew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2015. He has volunteered at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, worked with world-class runners in Mammoth Lakes, California, as well as raced and trained with elite level athletes.

In order to help his patients achieve their recovery goals, Andrew starts with clear and effective communication. Andrew believes that helping them understand the cause of their condition or dysfunction is key to helping them heal and recover safely. Andrew is an avid athlete who understands the common conditions and injuries his patients have gone through. He has worked with many patients with a variety of conditions such as adolescents with Cerebral Palsy, geriatrics with a high fall risk, and patients who’ve suffered a traumatic brain injury or stroke.

When he’s not in the clinic, Andrew spends his free time training as a professional triathlete and trail runner and traveling around the world.


Ben Cook, PT, MPT

Ben Cook, PT, MPT

Physical Therapist

Ben graduated from the University of Utah with his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2004. Ben is an experienced physical therapist in a variety of therapy environments including outpatient orthopedics, home health care, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals.

Ben believes in the importance of educating his patients on their conditions and treatment options so they can have the most successful recovery. He works with each patient to develop a specialized treatment plan that works best for them. His goal is to get each patient back on track to doing the things they love once again.

When Ben isn’t in the clinic, he’s spending time with his family and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He enjoys living an active and healthy lifestyle, whether it’s playing sports or just hiking and biking any trail he can find, he thrives on being active.


Ben Smith

Benjamin Smith, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Ben graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School with his Massage Therapy Certification in 2014 and has pursued further education a variety of massage therapy techniques.

Ben specializes in trigger point release to help the body let go of long-held tension patterns. He also utilizes Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese approaches, sports massage, deep tissue massage, structural and neuromuscular massage and Lymphatic Drainage. Through massage therapy, Ben is able to help his clients find relief and a deeper connection with their own body. He believes that the connection and awareness of our bodies is closely tied to physical, emotional and mental health.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking, camping and backpacking.


Megan Stott, LMT

Megan Stott, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Megan graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2015 with her Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. She is trained in Orthopedic Massage and Thai Massage.

Megan uses her knowledge of the body’s systems and various treatment techniques to help patients reach their rehabilitation goals. Her goal is to help patients feel better with each visit and to experience the many benefits that massage therapy has to offer. Megan ensures credibility, integrity and professional commitment with each patient so that she can help them get back to doing the things they love again!

When she’s not in the clinic, Megan enjoys living an active lifestyle. She loves playing sports and has been playing soccer since she was five years old. She also enjoys taking every opportunity she can get to go up the mountains where she loves to go hiking and camping.
