Ski Workout Program


Fitness is such an important (and often overlooked) factor in progressing your skiing. Luckily, David McGill from our Park City, Utah clinic is here to share his Ski Workout Program to strengthen your lower-body muscles and improve mobility and balance. This program will help to control your skis better and protect your knees.
