Bridge Program

So, you finished with your physical therapy. You are feeling good, but you are not feeling ready to get back to sport. Come and take advantage of our bridge program. This is designed to help you get ready to return to sport. We take into account your injury and work to strengthen the injured region. However, we also know that more than just the injured part of your body was “resting”. The bridge program focuses on getting your whole body get ready for the demands of your sport.

Exercising for 10 minutes three times in one day, can have similar effects as exercising for 30 minutes consecutively.
