At Mountain Land we know one of the biggest barriers to adherence to an exercise routine is an injury. Our number one goal is to ensure safe exercise. We want to push you to the safest limit possible. We respect current and past injuries you may have had and design a program that is perfect for your body. The program is supervised by a physical therapist ensuring safe routines. We believe exercise can be fun and we want to make it that way for you.

The Wellness Program at Mountain Land Physical Therapy has been life changing for me. In about 10 months I lost 50 pounds, decreased over 18% in body fat, and my BMI dropped eight points. My trainer, Jeremy Stoker, is awesome! He is very positive and upbeat and always willing to answer questions and listen to any concerns.
