The new Mountain Land Physical Therapy clinic in West Valley City, Utah is conveniently located just off of SR-201 on 5600 West. Our West Valley location provides comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation services to residents of West Valley and the surrounding communities including Kearns, Taylorsville, and Salt Lake City. The new West Valley location features state-of-the-art equipment, private treatment rooms, and a spacious gym.

Scott Warner, PT, DPT

Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

Scott graduated from Utah State University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2013. He continued his education at the University of the Pacific with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015.

Scott specializes in several manual therapy techniques as well as treating spine conditions. He also has experience using cupping techniques, trigger point release, and muscle energy techniques. Scott’s goal is to help patients finish their rehabilitation process and function at the level prior to their injury or condition. He is dedicated to providing the best therapy to each patient so that they can reach their rehabilitation goals and get back to doing the things they love again.

When he’s not in the clinic, Scott loves spending time with his wife and dogs. He also enjoys playing sports, watching movies and spending time outdoors, hiking, camping and shooting.

Linda Shober Physical Therapist at West Valley clinic

Linda R. Shober, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Linda earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England, in Portland, Maine, in 2019. She first began working for Mountain Land in 2015 as a Therapy Tech and then a Clinic Coordinator before going to school to earn her doctorate.

In addition to her experience in orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation, Linda also has experience working with patients who have Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. She strives to be creative with intervention and has done research exploring the use of breathing and relaxation techniques to supplement treatment. Linda has a passion for optimizing posture and breathing to reduce pain and improve athletic performance. She focuses on the big picture and helps her patients reach their therapy goals so they can get back to doing the things that make them happy.

When not in the office, Linda enjoys playing doubles sand volleyball, shooting three-pointers, and rock climbing. She also loves dancing salsa and catching live music!

Sharlee Romano Massage Therapist at West Valley clinic

Sharlee Romano, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Sharlee Romano graduated from the Pensacola School of Massage, Florida, in 2011. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in health promotion from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah, in 2020.

Sharlee specializes in craniosacral therapy, disease prevention, and health education. She believes in a holistic approach in treating the entire body and connecting with each of her patients. By creating individualized treatment plans, Sharlee incorporates a variety of modalities to help her patients relieve pain and regain range of motion so they can heal and get back to doing the activities they love.

Sharlee likes spending time outside camping, gardening, cooking swimming, roller blading, and visiting amusement parks. She also enjoys reading, writing, karaoke, studying ancient history, and spending time with her family, husband, 3 kids and dog.
